AIRitrean Airlines    by Warsay Eritrawe
First of all we would like to thank ECCM.ORG for giving us the chance to share our idea with all Eritreans at home and in the Diaspora. 10 years ago today, our president said, while addressing the nation on that special occasion, that Eritreans are, among a lot of other things, inventive. He is right. Here is one such a creative invention: A group of Eritreans, including myself, created a unique LOGO for an Eritrean Airliner. This Logo says it all in one single word. It is the way that our country is pronounced, thus associating the Airliner easily with our country, it is one word that combines both Eritrea and Airline, it is easy to pronounce and also easy to remember, it provides easy to remember URL, and yes it is unique. We couldn’t choose a better day than today, our 10th year of independence, to publish our idea. I cannot think of any other logo for an Eritrean Airliner, that accomplishes the function of business and patriotism. We hope that any Eritrean Airliner will adopt this logo: AIRITREA®
